The Kit Boat Trailer is a pre-cut and drilled aluminum boat trailer kit that can be easily assembled once it reaches shipping destination.

Our kits range from 17’ to 27’ and can be shipped by freight to any address. Other sizes can be considered.

Whether you are a tinkerer whom takes 3 weeks to build a doghouse or a veteran mechanic on a NASCAR pit crew, you’ll be able to assemble this trailer in no time.

There are no confusing pieces marked AAAa of AAAb to be placed on the opposite side of AABc like those “easy to assemble” coffee tables. If you’ve ever put one of those together, The Kit Boat Trailer will be a breeze.

   

The Kit Boat Trailer is shipped on 1 skid (approx. 14”W X 10’L X 12”H) and I box (approx. 3’ sq).

The Kit Boat Trailer can be assembled by one person, however, the lifting is easier with 2 people. Assembly time is approximately 2 hours using a standard socket and wrench set. All holes are pre-drilled and the kit comes with an itemized layout with bolt index.
